Creating a Property Group

Property Groups allow multiple properties to share roles. This feature greatly simplifies setting up user roles at the individual properties.

To create a property group:

1.   Click Administration on the Shortcuts bar to display the Administration form.

2.   On the Properties & Roles tab, click . The Property Group form appears.

3.   Enter a Group Name and click OK.

You should rename and delete property groups only during the configuration process. You can only delete a property group if it is empty: delete any properties within the property group first.
