Defining Reporting Settings

To configure settings that apply to all users, choose Tools » Global Settings » Reporting.

Turn On Daily Log Media Tab

Turns on a Media tab on the Daily Log, allowing users to add pictures, video and other attachments to a daily log entry without creating an incident file.

Turn On Daily Log Topic Free Text

Turns on the ability to enter the daily log topic as free text.

 

Turn On Daily Log Exclusivity

Permits users with appropriate permission to assign exclusivity in the Daily Log's Document Control tab.

Create Daily Log When Accepting LPR Alert

If selected, a daily log is created any time an iLPR Alert is accepted. See Viewing iLPR Alerts.

Enable Signatures

Enable the use of a signature pad to capture signatures in forms.

Turn On Incident Executive Brief

Permits users with appropriate permission to run the Incident Executive Brief report.

Allow Direct Incident Creation

Permits users with appropriate permission to create incident files directly without having to first create the initial daily log record.

Turn on Incident File Narrative Title

Turn On Incident File Narrative Title Free Text

If enabled, a Title dropdown field is available in Narrative notes, to help categorise the notes. If the "...Free Text" check box is also selected, users can select a Title from the dropdown options or enter a free text title.

Copy Media While Creating Incident from Daily Log

Any media attached to a daily log may be copied to its related incident when it is created, or user may be prompted to do so on a case-by-case basis.

Include in Incident Report

If at least one of these is selected, when a user prints a quick incident report (Print button) they can choose to include that information on the report (if populated in the operator's user account record). For advanced reports, the selected information is shown if entered in the incident records.

Ban Form

If your enterprise uses a specific report related to bans, click Browse to locate it.

Ban Favourites

Set up often-used ban periods here (e.g. one month, one year, etc.). When a ban favourite is chosen in the incident file, the end date is calculated accordingly.

Form Types tab

Lists all standard forms that may be attached to an incident record. You can disable any forms that you do not use. The Assembly Name identifies the DLL which implements the form.

Forms tab

Enter the message to appear on Notice of Violation reports and Non-Compliance reports.
