All records marked to be sent via iGNet are listed in iGNet's Sending Queue tab.
If the sender does not have the "Approve Sender List" permission, the record remains in the queue until a user who has that permission approves it.
If the Approved By column is empty, select the record and click Approve.
If you notice an approved record remains unsent after the scheduled iGNet Console task has run, check the iGNet Log tab for any errors.
The iGNet Console background task periodically checks for all unsent but approved records, and sends them to the destination via encrypted email.
Sent records remain listed in the Sending Queue tab, but the Sent status is changed to "True" and the Sent Date is listed.
The iGNet Log tab displays all iGNet Console processing actions, including both sending and receiving logs and the reason for any failures.
