1. In the Notifications grid, click New on the tool bar. The Notifications Wizard opens.
2. Select the Live notification type, then click Next.
3. Enter a name and description for the notification, and choose the module it applies to, then click Next.
4. Define the actions
and conditions that will trigger the notification. In the example below,
the notification will be sent when a record is added and the Activities
field contains "prostitution", or "violence". Click
Next.

5. Select the Delivery Mechanism.
o If
you chose Email, enter the email address(es)
of the person(s) who are to receive this
notification. Enter the text of the message. You can insert field name
variables which will be replaced by data from the record.

o If you will be using the optional Web Service (notification will be through iTrak web services call), or Plug-In (notifications interact with a third party system), contact Omnigo technical support to set up the parameters required.
6. Click Finish.
