To create a slot machine audit:
1. Select Audit
on the Shortcuts bar to display the Audit module.
2. Ensure that the Slot Audit tab is selected.
3. Click New on the tool bar. The Machine Details form appears.
4. On the Machine tab, enter the following information about the slot machine to be audited:

Machine Serial # |
The serial number of the machine being audited. |
Machine ID |
The identifier used by the casino for the machine. |
Status |
Indicates whether the machine is online, offline, or under audit. |
Property |
The property at which the machine is located. |
Area |
The area of the casino in which the machine is located. |
Section |
The section within the specified Area in which the machine is located. |
5. Click Select Game. In the Game Selector Form, select an existing game or click New to add a new game.
6. Click New Audit. The Machine Audit Entry form appears. Enter the following information:

The technician performing the audit. |

Type or select the date on which the machine audit is to be performed. |

Indicates whether the verification information has been verified by the person performing the audit. |
Verified By |
The person who verified the verification information. |
Seal # |
Type the seal number on the machine at the time of the audit. |
Verification Date |
The date the audit was verified. |
Sign |
Click to display the Sign on Tablet form and add an electronic signature to the verification information. |
7. Click Save & Close to save the machine audit information and return to the Machine Details form, then click Close.
