Supplemental records allow you to add information to an incident, even after it has been archived. To create a supplemental record:
1. Open the incident file in the grid and click the Supplemental Entries tab.
2. Click New to display the Supplemental Form.
The Supplemental Number, Date Attached, and Attached By fields are generated by iTrak.
3. Type the information you wish to add to the incident file, then click OK to save the supplemental record.
