The Patron Management grid is comprised of two tabs:
§ The Entries tab shows all people who attempted to enter the property, whether they were admitted or refused.
§ The Alert tab shows all people who were refused entry. These are the same alerts that would have been shown in a pop-up message as described below.
Patron Management alerts appear in the same way as regular alerts: an alert popup appears in the lower right corner of your desktop.
To view details about an entrant, double-click on the row.
The Patron Management settings determine what data is stored from the Patron Management terminal. If Store Admitted Entrant is not selected, those admitted will not be shown on the Entries tab. If Store Refused Entrant is not selected, an alert will not be sent and the Alert tab will be empty (and those refused entry will not be shown on the Entries tab).
