Defining iDispatch Settings

Requires purchase of the optional iDispatch module.

To configure settings that apply to all users, choose Tools » Global Settings » iDispatch.

Description

Alert Wait Times

The time, in minutes, that iDispatch will wait before it issues an alert. Set the time for the three statuses (Arrival=time between dispatch and officer's arrival; Clear=time between arrival and clear; Pending=time between call time and dispatch) and for each dispatch level.

Set Daily Log to High Priority

For each of the dispatch levels, indicate if the related daily log should be set to high priority.

Auto Close Daily Log on Clear

For each of the dispatch levels, indicate if the related daily log should automatically be closed when the dispatch is cleared.

Refresh Interval

The period of time, in minutes, between iDispatch system refreshes.

Personnel Global Filter

If a global filter has been created to filter dispatch personnel, select the filter here. When you add an officer on the Manage Officers tab in iDispatch, the Personnel Selector form will only show the personnel who match the filter criteria.

Use Dispatch Billing

Indicates that a bill will be generated for dispatches.

Default Billing Status

The default status to be used for dispatch bills.

Email Address

The email address to be notified of any billable dispatches that are created if Dispatch Billing is enabled.
