If the visitor has ID that cannot be scanned, you can record the information manually and it will still be checked against iTrak's subject database.
1. On the "start" page, click Enter ID Manually.
2. Record as much information as possible on the next screen.
3. If you have a webcam installed, click Add Picture to record an image of the visitor that you can later compare to any subject matches.
4. When you are finished, click Submit. The information is checked against the iTrak subject database; see Processing the Visitor.
