The Visitor Management module is an add-on module to the iTrak Incident Reporting & Risk Management System. It allows you to track visits to your facility, and to print personalized visitor badges for your visitors to wear while they are on the premises.
The Visitor Management window contains three tabs. All three provide access to the visit records, but differ in how the information is presented:
§ Today's Visitors tab lists all visitors scheduled to visit today.
§ Visitors tab list all visitors.
§ Visits tab lists all visit records.
Each tab shows basic information about those visits. To view details about a specific entry, select the entry you want to view, then click Open (or double-click the entry). If the visit start or end is overdue, the record is highlighted in red.

To search for a visitor by the barcode associated with his or her visitor
ID or badge ID, click .
You can also quickly identify any matches in one of the following ways:
§ enter part of their first or last name in the Look For field; if there is no match, edit or create the visit to add the visitor.
§ click and then scan the visitor's
ID; if there is no match, you are prompted to create the profile and a
visit record automatically.
