Using the Grid Functions

Click the Column Settings beside any column heading to sort columns or to choose the columns shown.

Right-click on a row in the grid to see the options available for the module, which may include some or all of the following:

Option

Description

Open

View details about the selected entry; you can also simply double-click the desired entry to open it.

Delete

Delete the selected entry. You must have the appropriate permissions for the active module to delete entries.

Print

Print the currently selected entry or all entries as a list, summary, or breakdown report.
To print a specific range of entries, apply a filter or perform a search (using the Find Now option) and then click Print.

If any operator information has been selected to be included in incident reports (in the Reporting settings), you will have the option to include it in the quick report.

Refresh

Updates the data in the current module.

Export to CSV

Allows you to export the displayed grid information to a CSV file for further analysis. This includes the full Narrative content in incident files.

 

In the Daily Log, Incident, and Briefing grids, you can click the arrow beside a record to display the main field (Synopsis, Narrative, Details respectively). Click the arrow again to hide the field again.
