To create a new gaming disputes audit:
1. Click
Audit on the Shortcuts bar to
display the Audit module.
2. Ensure that the Gaming Disputes tab is selected.
3. Click New on the tool bar. The Gaming Dispute form appears.
4. On the Gaming Dispute tab, provide the following information:

Description |
Property |
The property where the dispute occurred. |
Area Audited |
The game/employee or area audited. |
Section |
The section of the game/employee area audited. |
Requested By |
The individual who requested the gaming dispute audit. |
Subject |
The subject involved in the gaming dispute. |
Audit Start |
The audit start date and time. |
Audit End |
The audit end date and time. |
Review Method |
The game/employee audit method of review. |
VCR Console # |
The identifier of the video surveillance unit which captured the audit. |
Audit Remarks |
Any remarks on the gaming dispute. |
Violations |
The violation by the employee or patron. |
Second Auditor |
A second auditor if involved. |
5. To record any violations, click New to display the Game Dispute Violation form and provide the following information:

Time of Violation |
The time of the violation. |
Type of Error |
The error for the gaming dispute. No error, patron or dealer. |
Violation |
The game violation. |
Dealer |
The dealer involved in the violation. |
Supervisor |
The supervisor involved on the floor. |
Remarks |
Any remarks on the violation. |
Savings and Losses |
Indicate any savings and/or losses due to the violation. These will appear on the Savings and Losses tab. |
6. Optionally, attach any images or video to the record on the Media tab. For more information, see Attaching Media.
7. The Document Control tab controls access to the records; see Controlling Access to a Record.
8. Click OK to save the entry.
You may be prompted to attach a custom form if the record meets certain conditions, or you can choose to attach a custom form to the record. For more information, see Attaching a Custom Form to a Record.
