To create a new player analysis:
1. Click
Audit on the Shortcuts bar to
display the Audit module.
2. Ensure that the Player Analysis tab is selected.
3. Click New on the tool bar. The Player Analysis form appears.
4. Provide the following information:

Property |
The property at which the analysis is being preformed. |
Area |
The game/employee or area audited. |
Section |
The section of the game/employee area audited. |
Subject |
The name of the subject being analysed. |
Client ID |
The client ID of the subject being analysed. |
Analysis Date |
The date and time the analysis is being performed. |
Breakdown Type |
The type of breakdown that is being done on the player. |
Average Bet |
The average bet for the analysis being performed. |
House Advantage |
Indicates the percentage house advantage or disadvantage that analysis has determined |
Results |
The outcome of the analysis |
Analysis Requested By Casino |
Indicates if this was requested by the casino or initiated by the surveillance department. |
Details |
Any observations on the analysis. |
Requested By |
The individual who requested the player analysis. |
Second Auditor |
The secondary auditor who performed the player analysis (optional). |
5. Optionally, attach any images or video to the record on the Media tab. For more information, see Attaching Media.
6. The Document Control tab controls access to the records; see Controlling Access to a Record.
7. Click Save & Close to save the entry.
