The Audit module comprises four areas:
Audit allows users to record the results of audits performed by surveillance on various activities. These may include gaming violations and performance of dealers and supervisors.
Gaming Disputes allows users to record the results of audits performed by surveillance on various activities requested from the casino floor. These may include violations by patrons or dealers and supervisors.
Player Analysis provides a quick overview of a specific player. Information is gathered from other in-house software and transposed into this module. It tracks specific game breakdowns by date, result, average bet and any other relevant details. There can be multiple game breakdowns by player and a running history is maintained under the analysis tab of the individual subjects.
The Slot Audit allows users to record the results of audits performed on slot machines.
