The iTrak Incident Reporting & Risk Management System is a comprehensive security platform for incident management and subject profiling, with the ability to provide complete incident tracking, reporting, interview management, risk analysis and assessment, and personnel management/briefing. The system reduces associated losses by the rapid identification of individuals involved in loss, threat creation and other specific activities.
iTrak incorporates the following components and workflow:
§ The Daily Log is used to enter daily activities at individual properties and create Incident files for activities that require further, in-depth reporting. These activities may include routine occurrences around the property such as ATM cash fills, security escorts, security dispatches, etc.
§ Incident files allow you to track participants (personnel, subjects, or other contacts), attach any related images, forms, or other files, and assign it a status, e.g. follow-up required, or record risk management information. Related incidents can be connected for better tracking.
§ The Briefing Log allows you to leave pertinent information for employees who will be coming on shift, such as follow-up required for an incident, or a staff meeting, etc.
You can track various types of people in iTrak:
§ Subjects are individuals on whom you wish to build a subject profile, such as high rollers, valued customers and undesirables such as card counters, shoplifters, etc. A subject can be banned or placed on a watch list.
§ Personnel are your employees; you can maintain complete employee work history, skills and related personnel information, as well as attendance information (vacation, sick, late and any other customized days).
§ A contact is any individual who is not an employee or a subject (e.g. outside maintenance workers, visitors, etc.)
There are also optional add-on modules available that allow you to track other aspects of your business such as:
§ conduct more format investigations of one or more incidents (Case Management)
§ track assignments and availability of security officers and record and review dispatch information (iDispatch)
§ organize visits and visitors, sign visitors in and out electronically, and design and print visitor badges (Visitor Management)
§ scan visitors' identification at point of entry and check against the iTrak subject database for potential matches (Patron Managment)
§ use the license plate recognition module to monitor vehicles as they enter or exit the property (iLPR)
§ perform player analysis, and audits of employees on the iTrak System (Audit)
§ create and track work orders by part and status (Work Order)
§ track lost & found items (Lost & Found)
§ track Large Cash Transactions (LCT) and report them to FINTRAC (FINTRAC)
