About the Shortcuts Bar

The Shortcuts bar on the left side of the main application window provides access to all reporting features and functionality assigned to you.

Tip: To toggle the text in the Shortcuts Bar on or off, choose View ยป Show Navigation Text.

Module Description

The Home Page provides access to the main features of the iTrak software, and are where the bulk of information for tracking incidents, generating reports and entering daily reports appears. The reporting functions for the iTrak software include access to the Daily Log, Incident File, Banned/Watched Subjects and Briefing Log.

The Daily Log provides access to add, review, edit and enter daily log entries on the iTrak System.

The Incident File provides access to the comprehensive reporting functions on the iTrak System.

The Briefing Log provides access to review and edit briefing log entries on the iTrak System. These include the ability to track and report on vehicle parking, manage maintenance and work orders for a property and also manage assets within properties.

The Subjects page provides access to individuals that have been trespassed or ejected from a property or who are on file.

The Personnel page provides access to the comprehensive employee functions, such as employee work history, training, qualifications as well as the ability to review and manage attendance.

The Contacts page lets you create, edit, delete, and manage contacts. A contact is any individual in the iTrak system who is neither an employee nor a subject. You can also create contacts from the Participants tab of the Incident File form.

The Reports page provides access to the comprehensive reporting and statistics for all areas on the iTrak System.

The Notifications page allows you to set up automatic email reminders based on an iTrak event or activity.

The Administration page provides access to complete administration of the iTrak System including users, properties, authorities, dropdowns, licensing and configuration.

 

The following modules are optional and may not be included in your installation.

Module Description

The Case Management module allows you to conduct more format investigations of one or more incidents.

The Vehicles module lets you record vehicle information.

The iLPR (License Plate Recognition) module allows vehicles to be identified when entering the property and an alert sent.

The Visitor Management module augments facility security by letting you organise visits and visitors, sign visitors in and out electronically, and design and print visitor badges.

The Ad Hoc Reporting module allows you to custom design reports for advanced statistics, including metrics, graphs, etc. Please refer to the separate documentation provided.

The Audit module allows you to perform audits for employees on the iTrak System as well as player analysis.

The Lost & Found module provides access to the lost & found features on the iTrak System. This includes the ability to enter found items, file lost reports, perform advanced searches against found items in the system and return or dispose from the iTrak system as required.

The iDispatch module allows you to track the assignments and availability of security officers and record and review dispatch information.

The iGNet Plus module allows you to share subject profiles with other iTrak systems.

The Work Order module provides access to the work order features on the iTrak System. This includes the ability to create and track work orders by part and status.

The FINTRAC module provides access to Large Cash Transaction reporting features. An LCT is defined as one or more transactions, received from a single party, and totalling $10,000 or more, which must be reported to FINTRAC within 15 days of the transaction.

The Patron Management module allows users to scan visitors' identification at point of entry and compare them to the iTrak Subjects database.
